Sharing the love for music ...

Gabor Pogello was born in 1974. When he was eight years old his uncle bought him a spanish guitar and he began to play. His parents considered him being very talented and sent him to a music school the next year. Here he experienced the first success of his life and even his teachers had high expectations.
After some years of musical qualification in classical style he turned to Latin-Jazz and spanish influenced music.

Being 18 years old he attended the Béni Egressy Conservatory and this was the time when the style and skills of famous guitarists like Paco de Lucia and Vicente Amigo had influence on his own style of playing.

In these years he became a well known artist among professional musicians and as a member of several latin jazz groups he was playing in clubs. Some years later he left the club scene and for nine years played in hotels and at events all over Europe and became a renowned guitarist among his fellow musicians as well as among music agents.

He continuously improved his flamenco technique by visiting the master classes of well known spanish guitarists and raised his skills to virtuosity.

And as he says: “… I still learn from the people surrounding me and the ones I have the honour of sharing the love for music with on stage."
